Over a decade of design and construction activity, Bard College commissioned AAP for six significant projects, including Resnick Commons Student Housing, Robbins House improvements, Avery Blum Film & Music Complex, Woods Photography Studio, physical plant storage buildings,  and a multi-phased Village Dormitory complex and 163-room North Campus Student Living Center, both heated and cooled by a geothermal well field.  2002-2012
