Located in a Heritage Area Overlay District, this small building’s poor condition on Broadway demanded significant attention and improvement. AAP devised a unique new facade treatment using marine grade plywood and a ‘Mannerist’ inspired exaggerated clapboard pattern, parapet, and axial arrangement of the entry door and windows.
