An interior retrofit of a closed restaurant space found inspiration in Japanese farmhouse design, with natural wood heavy timber and surfaces, custom built-in benches, oversized lanterns, wood slat ceiling treatment, and loft dining. The open sushi bar balances the cocktail and sake bar opposite. Completed 2022
